Our beef is processed at a USDA-inspected facility and comes vacuum sealed for freshness. We strive to price it based on the final packaged weight (not hanging weight) so you know how much you're acctually getting.

We take great care of our animals—each one has a name, a history, and a genealogy. We keep detailed records, including any medications used (when necessary), their parentage, and how long they've been on our farm.

We price beef based on the final packaged weight, not hanging weight. Our processor records hanging weight, and we estimate packaged weight based on typical processing yields. While our scale is accurate, final weights are not certified by Weights and Measures.
